Splendidly situated with a panoramic view of the harbour this self-contained maisonette occupies the upper two, spacious floors of a Victorian terraced house. There is always something to see out of the window, During Regatta Week, may be, you can even look down on the Red Arrows! At other times there is always movement of some sort on the water to look at. It has the added facilities of a Patio Garden and a Double Garage.
The accommodation comprises:
Large Sitting Room with Bay Window [as illustrated] and one other window enjoying a panoramic view of the Harbour, plus the Sea beyond, through the one the ‘side’ Bay Window. Colour TV & Video
KITCHEN/DINER with sink unit, electric cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. Round dining table and chairs.
2 BEDROOMS - One with Double Bed. One with pair Single Beds.
BATHROOM with bath & basin. Sep. Toilet. Walk-in Airing Cupboard.
Second BATHROOM with Shower, Basin and Low-flush W C suite.
Utility Room with Washing Machine, Iron and Ironing Board.
