Fronting Hanson Drive [at rear] there is a DOUBLE GARAGE. Between the Garage and the property there is a small garden which is mainly laid out as a Patio which, at certain times of the day, enjoys the sun and makes a pleasant sitting-out area – patio furniture supplied.
Services: Mains Water, Drainage and Electricity [through a £1 Slot Meter].
Water Heating by elect. Immersion Heater.
Space Heating by Night Store Heaters in Hall [two] and Sitting Room, plus plug-in electric fires/heaters. Note: The consumption by the Night Store Heaters is allowed for, included in the rent. The Sitting Room, Kitchen/Diner and both Bedrooms have double-glazed windows.
The apartment is simply furnished and equipped with all necessities including china & glass, cutlery, pots & pans, etc. All beds have blankets and pillows but no linen - see conditions sheet for hiring availability.
The apartment is the top part of one of the Houses in a terrace called St Fimbarrus Road, which is the name of the road in front. but the access to the apartment is from the rear - Hanson Drive. Access is by gate from Hanson drive [adjoining Garage] with a few slate steps down to a sloping path leading [with a couple more steps] to the entrance door at the ‘rear’ of the building. Although the lower level of the accommodation is at the same level as the Patio Garden it is actually on the first floor - the floor below is a self-contained flat with access from St Fimbarrus Road.
