Welcome to Fowey Harbour Cottages – self catering holiday cottages in Fowey, in the heart of glorious Cornwall.
Fowey Cottages offer self catering country holiday home accommodation for fulfilling vacations and short breaks in the Cornwall. A stay in one of our luxury cottages in Fowey will provide an unforgettable holiday experience.
There are some magnificent walks - we are on the Cornwall Coast Path and on one end of the Saints Way [Fowey to Padstow, and there is also the popular ‘Hall Walk’, a circular route around the Harbour. Several books on walks are available from the TIC and local bookshops.
The Harbour is ideal for a range of water activities. Sailing is popular with two ‘local’ classes and these and others race on a Saturday afternoon and Wednesday evening during the season making a spectacle to see or partake in. There are the Gallants and the Royal Fowey Yacht Clubs to cater for the yachtsman and these are the best contact for information on hiring and lessons. Self-drive motor boats are available [in season from the Fowey Town Quay on a short period basis but longer periods from Fowey River Boat Hire - contact us for information]. Various boat trips [including a steam launch] also operate from Fowey Town Quay. A local diving school/club operates from the port and the local Gig club is often to be seen practising in the Harbour.
